Delivery
We currently deliver within Great Britain: England, Scotland and Wales. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or internationally.
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before payment.
You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched. During busy periods, deliveries may occasionally take a little longer.
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
Returns
We hope you will love your ME by Heni soaps. If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return the products.
Please keep products unused and in their original packaging while deciding whether to return them. We may reduce the refund if handling has reduced the product’s value.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the return postage cost. Please contact us through our Contact page before returning anything so we can provide the return instructions.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned products or receiving evidence that they have been sent back.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs so we can help.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
