Delivery area

We currently deliver only to addresses in Great Britain: England, Scotland and Wales. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland or internationally.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery charges and times

Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may occasionally be affected by postal delays or busy periods.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order is significantly delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will investigate and provide an appropriate replacement or refund where required.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, orders will be delivered within 30 days.
