These terms apply when you use the ME by Heni website or place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We make cold-process soap by hand in small batches. Small variations in colour, shape, pattern, weight and texture are natural and do not constitute faults.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours accurately, but their appearance may vary between screens.

Please read the complete ingredient list, directions and warnings before purchasing and using a product, particularly if you have allergies or sensitivities.

Orders

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

After placing an order, you will receive an order-confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, the delivery address is outside our delivery area or an obvious pricing error has occurred. If payment has already been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Prices and payment

Product prices and available payment methods are displayed on the website. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Delivery

We currently deliver only within Great Britain: England, Scotland and Wales.

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery options, charges and estimated times are displayed at checkout.

Unless a different period has been agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days. Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Product use and safety

ME by Heni soaps are cosmetic cleansing products and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent a medical condition.

Use products only as directed. Follow all warnings displayed on the product page and packaging. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.

Liability

We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Our products are supplied for private consumer use. We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit or loss of business opportunity.

Personal information

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Website content

The ME by Heni name, logo, photographs, product descriptions and other original website content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services, business practices or legal obligations change. The version applying to an order will be the version available when the order was placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland, you may bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish courts or the courts of England and Wales. If you live in England or Wales, proceedings may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
